The handover There is no server behind this site, so a note cannot post itself anywhere. Copy for Claude puts every open note on the clipboard as one block, page by page, with the words you were pointing at. Paste it into the chat and it becomes the work list.

The record Download JSON writes the same thing as a file. Dropping it in the project folder and running apply-review.py files it into data/review.json, which is what lets a note be marked done and stay done across rebuilds rather than living only in one browser.

Two axes on purpose A note is design or substance, because they get different answers. Design is how it looks and how it reads. Substance is whether it is right. Sorting them at the point of capture is cheaper than triaging them afterwards.
