How it was checked

what the claims rest on

The two texts Both instruments were parsed to article level and matched by subject matter rather than by number, because the numbering did not survive the redraft. Every quotation was verified mechanically against the official copies before it printed, and any claimed difference that turned out to be a provision which had merely moved was discarded.

The European comparison Every guideline and every judgment cited was fetched and read before it was cited. The build refuses to run on a citation that does not resolve, or on a judgment the prose relies on and does not offer as a link.

Where a change might be a move Some clauses may sit in an article the comparison does not name, which would make a change read as a deletion. Each of those was put to an adversarial check and adjudicated on the evidence. Read the alignment audit.
